Artist's Description
I headed up to the mountains from Elko to get some pictures of the fall colors because it was quite overcast and I expected some good lighting. I certainly got some good lighting, and a bit of rain that day as I worked my way up the canyon. On my way up I had to stop here and get this shot of Right Fork Canyon with the colors blazing and the fog hiding the depths of the canyon.
About Jenessa Rahn
I became fascinated with photography as a teenager while spending my summers with my grandmother in Montana. There I was inspired by the great sweeping landscapes and the beautiful evening light. I was hooked and my parents were kind enough to buy me my first real camera. I have since spent countless hours exploring with my various cameras and learning in the field. My home is now in Elko, Nevada. One of my favorite things to do is go exploring around this part of Nevada with my camera. I love to capture elements of the beautiful, diverse, and wild area that I am lucky to call home. Thanks for visiting!
